We use The Courier Guy as our courier for all parcels. We have a long standing relationship with them and they are reliable and take of our the parcels
We make sure all your articles are property pack and that you will receive you parcel in good condition with they breaks or damage.
Return & Exchange Policy
"Not What I Ordered":
The Gift TIN must be advised within 2 days after receiving the packages of any problems
Upon receiving the article back we will check what was originally ordered and if the wrong article were sent, we will replace the article and send back.
Check to see if the articles was used by the customer before sending back
No refunds for "Changed my mind" or the customer decided that is not what they wanted

"Damaged"
The Gift TIN must be advised within 2 days after receiving the packages of any problems
Upon receiving the article we will investigate to see if this was damaged by the courier company or by the customer.
The articles must not have been used by the customer before sending it back.
If damaged by courier company a credit will be placed on the customers account for the purchase price or if the customer wishes we will send an exact same article back

Return fees will be for the customers account.
